The prices, offers, brands, and availability of frames and lenses published in the optical shop section are informational and subject to change without notice and to the conditions stated on each poster, such as prescription limits, included lines, and additional charges. The valid offer is the one confirmed at the shop at the time of purchase. Health plan coverage and benefits depend on the terms of each plan; confirm them with your plan and with the shop.
Appointments and Communication
